Good value for a London hotel

I was looking for a decent place near Oxford Street and found a good advance purchase discount for a Junior Suite. It was a bit more than I usually spend, but the extra space was worth it for the price I paid. The room was well-appointed and felt luxurious. I felt like I got good value for my money, especially considering London prices. Glad I booked early.

Detailed feedback on my stay

My recent booking was for an Executive Room. The online booking process was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Arrival was smooth; the concierge services were helpful with directions to nearby attractions. The room itself was quite spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice desk area, which was useful for some evening work. I also used the gym access, which had modern equipment. Housekeeping kept the room very tidy. My only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower, it wasn't as strong as I'd hoped. Check-out was efficient. Overall, a pleasant experience for a business trip.

Good stay overall

I booked a Deluxe Room. It was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick. Location near Marble Arch is super convenient. I'd stay again for sure.

Easy, no fuss stay

Went for a quick weekend getaway with my partner. Got a Family Room, just because it was a good deal at the time. It was comfy enough for two, plenty of space. The location was awesome, right by Marble Arch so we could walk everywhere. Breakfast was included, which was nice. Had a pretty chill time.

Decent hotel, some room for improvement

I stayed in a Park View Room for a weekend trip. The room was spacious and the view of Hyde Park was nice. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, but it got quite busy on Saturday morning and service felt a bit rushed. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a plus for getting some work done. Overall, a solid choice, but they could improve the breakfast experience when it's crowded.
